Duration: 4:00 $16.00 I first began writing a saxophone quartet in 2004 but work on it stalled when I accepted my first full time university teaching job. At this point, Recoil languished in the drawer of my desk for the next ten years. Returning to the work after a decade away was like peering into a time machine. It was fascinating to edit the old music with a different perspective and then supplement it with new music. The end result is a short and eclectic four minute piece. |
